for one of our memberships. Registration is FREE for all membership
levels. In the registration process, you will then be asked to complete an
information form to Become a Member.
Your personal details such as your real name, email address and other private information will always
remain anonymous. When you register, you will receive a unique Account
ID and login information via email. You can use the Account ID,
your nickname, or your email address and password to login to our
system. In its simplest form, all of the information entered by
the subscriber goes into our database. Once the registration form
has been submitted and approved, the subscriber then sits back as our powerful database system goes to work. When it finds that special person, it will automatically alert the subscriber via the Cupid function.
Of course the member is also free to do custom searches of our database
as well if they choose, our database system will find matches according
to whatever criteria has been entered and will report relevant
statistics about the matches it found as well.
We require a valid email address in order to obtain the full benefits of this site. Anyone abusing the services will be banned
and their account deleted. However, our service is otherwise confidential.
We do a cursory check on each profile submitted for membership and more
rigorous check on things that look suspicious (we find a lot of scammers
and delete their accounts before they can do any real damage), however, we can do extensive background checks on
all of our members, and we expect you to understand this and that we cannot take responsibility for any pain, damage or suffering arising from your use of this site.
You are certainly free to provide your own background checks before
meeting any of the members, however you should know that we have set no
expectations with our membership about background checks. You may have
some legal / release issues to resolve as most States require written
authorization from the person being investigated. At the very minimum,
you should disclose your intention to the person you are considering to
have checked out. Please use your common sense and be careful about giving out personal information to people you meet on this site.
To maintain the privacy of the membership, guests are not allowed to browse the listings unless they also become a member.

Sorry, payment for subscriptions are non-refundable. If you
cancel your subscription before the end of the term for which
you paid, your cancellation will take effect at the end of that
term. We do not normally give refunds, and we do not pro-rate subscriptions.
Given that you have the opportunity to use our service for free before you make
a purchase, i.e. free membership option or free trial promotion in some cases,
we feel that refunds are not appropriate. Before purchasing a subscription, carefully review
the membership options and choose the one that best fits your
requirements.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims
- All requests to negate charges are investigated by our
technical department legal department and merchant vendor. If you make a
fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this
to the credit card services. This report may result in
cancellation of your card services, put negative information on
your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that
may be filed against you.
Credit card denial has many reasons, too many to list, however you can readily resolve any problems by contacting the card issuer.

member profiles, when they are originally created as well as when they are modified. We reserve the right to refuse any profile or photograph that we feel is inappropriate for this site. Also, we ask that you do not put any personal information etc, in your profile, including but not limited to:
Any direct contact information (i.e., email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, full names, addresses)

How do I post a photo?
We make it easy for you, by offering two ways to post a photo:
Option 1: Upload a Photo
Firstly you have to login into the site with your username and password. Click on "Upload Photos", located on the left side of the page and follow the instructions.
Once approved, uploaded photos will be posted as they are submitted. Our system automatically crops your photo if necessary before uploading it. Due to the volume of photos that we receive, it may take up to 5 working days for your photo to appear on your profile.
Option 2: Email Photo (s)
To help speed up the process when you email your photo, please include the following information:
First and last name.

Birth Date (dd/mm/yyyy, to be used for verification purpose)
Photo file as attachment.
Specify which photo you want to be your primary (if sending more than one). Send photos to
our Webmaster with "Photo Upload Request" in the subject line.. Please send photos as attachments only. We cannot accept a picture embedded in an email.
To permanently delete your profile, go to "Control Panel" and click on "unregister me" link. This is not recommended in case you later change your mind. Moreover, you can safely suspend your account and no one will be able to view your profile.
Simply follow the link to our home page and under members login section, click on "Forgot" for our automated password/Username lookup form. Your username and password is then emailed to your email account.
There are three ways that you can search our database: by username, by id or by choosing other selection criteria.

Your Hot List is a list of members whom you are interested in. It maintains a link to their profile. When you do a search and click on "Hot List" icon, the member is added to your Hot List. You can later remove people from your Hot List by clicking on the "Delete" checkbox next to their name under "Communicator" area.
